Fish With Thai Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz snow pea sprouts, trimmed
    1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
    1/4 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
    3 None shallots, thinly sliced
    2 None fresh long red chili peppers, thinly sliced
    4 None white fish fillets (6-7 oz each)
    1/3 cup lime juice
    2 tbsp grated palm sugar or brown sugar
    1 tbsp fish sauce
Preparation
    Combine sprouts, mint, cilantro, shallots and chili pepper in a medium bowl.
    Cook fish on heated oiled grill pan or large skillet until cooked to desired doneness.
    Meanwhile, combine lime juice, sugar and fish sauce in a small bowl.
    Serve fish with salad, drizzled with dressing.
