Minute Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, sliced into rings
    4 (3.5 oz) minute steaks
    None None Sauce
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp horseradish cream
    4 rolls bread, split horizontally
    3 oz baby arugula
    1 None large tomato, sliced
    None None oven-baked French fries, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    In large frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Saute onion for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally, until golden. Set aside.
    Increase heat to high. Brush steaks with remaining oil and season. Sear for 1 min per side. Let rest, covered, for 2 mins.
    Meanwhile, to make the sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and horseradish. Season.
    Fill rolls with arugula, tomato and steaks. Top with onions and sauce. Serve with fries, if desired.
