Tomato Quiche - cooking recipe

1 packet pizza base mix
4 medium eggs
200 g sour cream
2 tbsp oil
250 g onion, chopped
1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Heat oil and saute onions for 3-4 mins. Add spring onions and cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from heat, season and set aside. Meanwhile, mix eggs and sour cream. Season and set aside.
Grease a 9 1/2 inch tart pan. Line with the pizza dough, pushing the dough into the edges. Fill with tomato mixture then pour egg mixture over top. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 15-20 mins. Cover with foil halfway through baking, if necessary, to prevent burning.
