Frisian Eiergrog (German Hot Rum Beverage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium egg yolks
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    100 ml rum
    400 ml boiling water
    None None freshly grated nutmeg for dusting
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and sugar in some warm water until thick and creamy. Stir in rum and 1 2/3 cup boiling water. Whisk until frothy.
    Divide among 4 glasses. Serve with a grating of nutmeg.
