Caramelized Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup cream
    4 None ripe bananas, peeled and thickly sliced
    None None ice-cream, to serve
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a large frying pan, then add the sugars and 2 tbsp water. Stir over medium heat, without boiling, until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the cream and bring to a boil. Add the bananas and stir gently to coat. Serve with ice-cream.
