Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g plain flour
    2 medium eggs
    125 ml semi-skimmed milk
    3 tbsp caster sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    5 None apples
    5 tbsp butter
    1 sprig mint, for garnish
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt together to form a thick batter. Let rest for 10 minutes. Mix 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon together on a plate and set aside.
    Sprinkle the apple rings with the remaining sugar. Heat the butter in a pan, dip each apple ring into the batter then fry for about 3 mins on each side. Remove from the pan and dip in the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Serve warm, garnished with mint.
