Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    8 None egg yolks
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2-3 tbsp lemon juice
    4 tbsp rum
    1/3 cup dry white wine
Preparation
    Whisk the sugar, egg yolks, cinnamon and lemon juice together until fluffy. Stir in the rum and wine then pour into a pot. Gently heat, stirring, taking care to ensure the liquid does not boil. Briefly whisk the mixture, pour into glasses and serve immediately.
