Spaghetti With Zucchini And Pine Nut Pesto - cooking recipe

1 tbsp pine nuts
4 None radishes, finely chopped
2 stems basil, leaves removed and finely chopped
1 None chili pepper, cut into rings
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
3 oz zucchini, finely chopped
3 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp shaved Parmesan

In a skillet, toast the pine nuts until they are brown all over and set to one side. In a bowl, mix the chili, basil, honey, lemon juice and olive oil, and season. Next, stir in the pine nuts and the zucchini. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions. Drain the spaghetti, place in a bowl and mix with the pesto. Garnish with the chopped radishes and Parmesan cheese.
