Pork Steak Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None tomatoes, thickly sliced
    2 None onions, thinly sliced
    4 None thin boneless pork chops
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    4 None eggs
    8 None thick slices ciabatta bread, toasted
    2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    None None Lettuce leaves, to serve
    None None Tomato sauce, to serve
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Preheat to high.
    Cook the tomato and onion for 3-5 mins, until tender. Remove from the heat. Cover to keep warm.
    Meanwhile, cook the pork chops for 3-5 mins, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness. Transfer to a plate. Top with cheese. Keep warm.
    For the eggs, cook in the same skillet for 2-3 mins, until just set. Set aside and keep warm.
    Spread four slices of toast with mustard. Top with lettuce, pork, tomato, onion and egg. Top with a second slice of toast. Serve with tomato sauce.
