Strawberry And Mango Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    150 g strawberries, hulled and halved
    1 large ripe mango, stoned and peeled
    None None Juice of half lemon
    280 ml coconut water
    200 g low-fat Greek yogurt
    20 g ground almonds
    1 None vanilla pod, seeds scraped
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses. Serve immediately.
    Tip: You can use peaches instead of mango or vanilla extract instead of a pod. Add extra flavour with kiwi.
