Crispy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None eggs
    3/4 cup hot red pepper sauce
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 (1 - 2 1/2 lb) whole chicken, cut into pieces
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    None None oil, for frying
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with 1/3 cup water. Add hot sauce. In a separate shallow dish, combine flour and pepper. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder and 1 tsp salt. Dip in egg then coat in flour.
    Heat oil to 350\u00b0F. Fry chicken until lightly browned and crispy.
