Soft-Boiled Eggs With Herb Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None eggs
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
    4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
Preparation
    Place eggs in a saucepan of cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins.
    Meanwhile, combine butter and herbs. Spread over toast then cut into sticks. Cut tops off eggs. Serve with toast for dipping.
