Smoked Salmon And Lemon Flat Bread - cooking recipe

1 None quantity basic pizza dough
2 tsp chopped dill
1 None lemon, peeled of rind and white pith, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
7 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease two pizza pans or baking trays. Halve dough and pat out each piece to a 12 inch round. Place dough on prepared pans or trays and gently press, pat and push dough outwards until it reaches the edges.
Sprinkle pizza bases with dill. Top with lemon slices and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, turning trays halfway through cooking, until pizza is browned and base is crisp.
Cut into wedges. Spoon a little sour cream onto each wedge, top with curls of smoked salmon and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
