Prosciutto And Spinach Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices prosciutto
    2 oz spinach leaves, washed, dried
    1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 None eggs
    1/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease an 8 inch square cake pan.
    Saute prosciutto in a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 mins, until crisp. Layer prosciutto and spinach leaves in cake pan with Parmesan and Cheddar. Whisk eggs and cream together. Season. Pour into cake pan and bake for 20-25 mins, or until set.
    Serve hot or cold, cut into squares.
