Basic Bread Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups all purpose flour
3 2/3 cups white bread flour
.5 oz dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flours, yeast and salt. Add 3 cups water and knead with the dough hook of a mixer to a smooth dough. Cover with a tea towel and allow to rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
