Mini Chocolate Hazelnut Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
    1/4 cup finely chopped dry-roasted hazelnuts
    2 tbsp finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper. Combine chocolate hazelnut spread, hazelnuts and chocolate in a small bowl.
    Cut each pastry sheet in quarters for a total of 8 squares. Cut each square in half diagonally to make a triangle. Brush each with a little egg. Spread with 1 tsp chocolate mixture, leaving 1/4-inch border.
    Roll up pastry, starting from long edge. Shape to make a crescent. Place croissants on prepared pans. Brush with remaining egg.
    Bake for 20 mins or until golden and puffed. Cool for 5 mins; serve.
