Cherry Tomato Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

8 oz lasagna noodles
1/4 lb cherry tomatoes, cut in haf
1/3 cup milk
3 medium eggs
1/4 lb spring onions, trimmed and sliced
3 oz Gouda cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Cook the pasta in boiling salted according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse in cold water. Roughly layer the pasta and 3/4 of the cherry tomatoes in the baking dish, leaving gaps for the sauce to run through.
Mix the milk and eggs together. Stir in the spring onions. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pour over the pasta and top with the remaining tomatoes and the cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins.
