Chicken Skewers With Papaya Salsa - cooking recipe

12 None chicken tenders
1 small papaya, seeded, peeled and chopped
4 None green onions, sliced thinly
1 None mini cucumber, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint
1 piece (3/4 inch) fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
Preparation

Thread chicken onto 12 skewers.
Cook skewers on heated oiled grill pan (or on the grill) until browned all over and cooked through.
Meanwhile, for the papaya salsa, combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Serve skewers topped with salsa.
