Lemon Thyme Sirloin Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup red wine
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon thyme, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    4 None sirloin steaks
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Whisk together wine, vinegar, olive oil, thyme, garlic and mustard. Season. Coat steaks in marinade, cover and chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
    Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Lightly coat steaks in oil and season. Sear for 4-5 mins per side, basting with marinade, or until cooked to your liking. Let rest, covered, for 5 mins.
    Serve with salad.
