Honey And Orange Cream Sandwich Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 cup honey
    2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/3 cup cornstarch, sifted
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    None None Orange Cream
    12 tbsp butter, softened
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Beat butter and powdered sugar until pale and creamy. Add honey and beat until combined. Add flour, cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix until just combined. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Divide dough in 1/2, wrap each 1/2 in plastic wrap then chill for 30 mins.
    Roll dough out until 1/4 inch thick. Cut out 20 cookies. Place cookies, 1 inch apart, on baking trays and bake for 12 mins, or until light golden brown. Let cool on trays for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Meanwhile, to make the orange cream, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in orange juice. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe over 1/2 of cookies. Sandwich with remaining cookies.
