Creamy Pumpkin Gratins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 1/2 lbs pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, thinly sliced
    1/2 None medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    1.5 oz Parmesan, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease four 1-cup ramekins with melted butter. Layer pumpkin, onion and garlic in dishes, finishing with pumpkin.
    Combine cream and nutmeg in a small bowl and season to taste. Carefully pour into dishes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Place dishes on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 mins, or until pumpkin is tender (cover with foil if over browning). Serve immediately.
