Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 lb ground beef
    1 (13.5 oz) can tomatoes
    1 (13.5 oz) can mixed beans
    None None fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
    None None rice, to serve
    None None tortilla chips, to serve
    None None salsa, to serve
    None None sour cream, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until tender. Add tomato paste and spices. Cook for 1 min. Add ground beef. Cook for 4-5 mins. Add tomatoes and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. Add beans and simmer for 5 mins. Season.
    Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with rice, tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream.
