Chocolate Buns - cooking recipe

4 cups flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp butter
2 None eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp active dry yeast
6 oz milk chocolate, cut into 8 pieces
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter and eggs in a large bowl. Heat milk until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in milk and stir into the dough. Knead for 2 mins to make a smooth, pliable dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 40 mins to rise.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a baking pan and sprinkle with sugar. On a floured surface, form dough into a roll. Slice roll into 8 pieces. Shape the slices into buns and press flat. Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each bun and reshape dough to enclose chocolate.
Arrange buns side by side in the prepared pan.
Bake about 40 mins. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
