Beans With Tomato Walnut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb green beans, trimmed
    1 (15 oz) can tomato puree
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp ground coriander
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped roasted walnuts
    1/2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
    1 tsp sugar
    1 None red pepper, deseeded, sliced thinly
    1 None yellow pepper, deseeded, sliced thinly
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave green beans until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook garlic, spices and nuts, stirring, until fragrant. Add tomato puree, fresh cilantro and sugar. Cook, stirring, until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in peppers and green beans. Season to taste and serve.
