Ingredients

10 oz penne pasta
1 tbsp oil
1 None onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb ground beef
1 (16 oz) jar pasta sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup ricotta
None None salad and crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 10 cup ovenproof dish.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain well. Return to pot.
Heat the oil in a separate saucepan and cook the onion and garlic until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up any large pieces with a wooden spoon. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 mins, or until thickened slightly.
Add sauce and mozzarella to pasta and mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with ricotta. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
