Spaghetti And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp butter
    2 None onions, peeled and finely diced
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp curry powder
    1 - 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
    3/4 cup tomato puree
    1 tbsp fruit vinegar
    1 lb ground beef
    1 None egg
    2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    2 tbsp oil
    14 oz spaghetti
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    For tomato sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and saute onions. Add sugar and lightly caramelize onions. Add curry powder and cook briefly. Add tomatoes and tomato puree, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 mins. Add vinegar and season.
    For meatballs, mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs and tomato paste. Season then divide into 40 small meatballs. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute meatballs. Remove from heat then drain on paper towels.
    Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain, toss with sauce then transfer to serving plates and add meatballs. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
