Baked Sausages With Tomatoes And White Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None beef sausages, such as kielbasa
    4 None tomatoes, halved if large
    8 None shallots, peeled and quartered
    4 None rosemary sprigs
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
    8 oz sourdough bread, torn (about 1/2 loaf)
    14 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
    None None Arugula leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Arrange sausages, tomato, shallots, rosemary, and garlic in a large baking dish.
    In a bowl, combine wine, 2 tablespoons oil, vinegar and sugar; pour into baking dish and season to taste.
    Bake 30 minutes. Add sourdough to baking dish; drizzle with remaining olive oil.
    Bake 10 minutes. Spoon beans into baking dish; bake a further 4-5 minutes, until bread is crisp and golden.
    Serve with arugula.
