Dukkah Shrimp Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup pistachio dukkah
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
    2 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Combine dukkah, oil, garlic and lemon peel in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat in mixture.
    Thread shrimp onto 8 bamboo skewers. Cook skewers on a heated oiled grill pan (or on the grill or under the broiler) until shrimp change color.
    Serve shrimp with lemon wedges.
