Ingredients

2 large apples, unpeeled
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cups prepared chicken gravy (homemade or jarred)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Preparation

Remove core from apples; cut into 16 wedges.
Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat. Cook apple until lightly browned both sides.
Add sugar and gravy to pan. Stir in mustard. Cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through. Serve with roast chicken or baked ham.
