8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 None egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup self-rising flour
7 oz chopped white chocolate
1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in sifted combined flours until just blended. Stir in chocolate, nuts and craisins.
Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place half on trays, 2 inches apart, and flatten slightly.
Bake in 2 batches, 15-20 mins each, until golden brown. Cool in pan 2 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
