Warm Beef, Orange And Date Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz ground beef
2 tsp ground cumin
1 None orange
1 bunch watercress (10 oz), trimmed
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
8 None dried dates, pitted and thinly sliced
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Heat an oiled medium skillet on high heat. Cook beef and cumin, stirring, until browned.
Meanwhile, segment the orange over a small bowl and reserve 2 tbsp juice.
Combine the beef mixture, orange segments and reserved juice with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste.
