Tropical Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None pineapple, peeled and cubed
    4 None kiwis, peeled and cubed
    1 None papaya, peeled and cubed
    1 bunch mint, chopped
    100 ml orange liqueur
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    5 tbsp lime juice
    250 ml pineapple juice
    1.5 litres champagne or sparkling wine
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the prepared fruit, mint and orange liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the sugar with lime juice and pineapple juice and pour over the fruit. Pour in the champagne and serve immediately.
