Curried Meatballs With Green Beans And Chinese Cabbage - cooking recipe

8 oz ground beef
2 tsp yellow curry paste
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 None onion, thinly sliced
4 oz green beans, trimmed and halved
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 None long green chili pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp curry powder
12 oz Chinese cabbage, coarsely shredded
2 tbsp coconut cream
Preparation

Combine ground beef, curry paste and 1 tbsp of the cilantro in medium bowl. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls.
Heat half the oil in wok on high heat. Stir-fry meatballs, in batches, until cooked through. Remove from wok.
Heat remaining oil in wok. Stir-fry onion and green beans until beans are tender. Add garlic, chili pepper and curry powder; stir-fry until fragrant. Return meatballs to wok with cabbage, coconut cream and the 1/4 cup water; stir-fry until cabbage wilts. Season to taste. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro to serve.
