Passion Fruit Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 None passion fruit, pulp scraped out
150 ml passion fruit juice
1/2 None lime, juiced
50 ml still mineral water
None None Pinch of ground nutmeg
None None Lemon balm leaves, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the passion fruit pulp and juice, lime juice and a pinch of sugar. Pour in the mineral water and pour into a glass. Sprinkle with nutmeg and decorate with lemon balm.
