Tomato Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp lemon zest
    1 tbsp capers, rinsed, coarsely chopped
    2 None anchovy fillets, drained, finely chopped
    1 None small red Thai chili, seeded, finely chopped
    1 None small tomato, seeded, finely chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, capers, anchovy fillets, chili, tomato and parsley. Season to taste.
