Banana Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None medium bananas, peeled and chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    3 1/8 cup whole milk
    3/4 cup whipping cream
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp ground hazelnuts
Preparation
    Sprinkle the bananas with the lemon juice and place in a blender. Add the milk and 8 tbsp cream and blend. Pour into 4 tall glasses.
    Beat the remaining cream with the vanilla extract until forming stiff peaks. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip and pipe on top of the milkshakes. Sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
