Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) tomato paste
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1/3 cup barbecue sauce
    1/3 cup tomato sauce
    1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
None None Chili powder, to taste
3 lbs pork ribs, cut into 4 rib sections
2 None corn on the cob, halved
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp smoked paprika
None None Lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
Mix first 7 ingredients until well blended. Place ribs in a large baking dish. Pour marinade over ribs; turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place ribs on a rack over a foil-lined baking pan. Reserve excess marinade. Cover ribs with foil. Bake 2 hours. Meanwhile, for the corn, place each piece of corn on a sheet of foil. Dot with butter and season to taste. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap with foil. Bake with ribs for 30 mins until tender.
Pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan, adding any pan juices from under ribs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5 mins until sauce is reduced and thickened.
Increase oven to 425\u00b0F. Brush ribs with 1/2 of the thickened sauce. Bake 20 mins, brushing occasionally with the remaining sauce, turning ribs once. Cut ribs into sections and serve with corn and lime wedges.
