Queso Fresco Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp olive oil
    16 oz firm queso fresco, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp pickled jalapenos, drained
    1 None lemon, cut into wedges
    5 oz black olives
    5 oz green olives
    None None pita bread, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in large frying pan and cook cheese, in batches, until browned lightly. Arrange on a serving platter with jalapenos, lemon wedges and olives. Serve with pita bread.
