Chicken And Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None Chicken and Mango Salad
    5.25 oz baby spinach
    1 None rotisserie chicken, shredded
    2 None small mangoes, peeled and sliced
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup toasted cashews
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Preparation
    Combine spinach, chicken, mangoes, onion and cashews. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil and mustard then toss with salad. Season.
