Salmon English Muffins With Cream Cheese And Cress - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz cream cheese
    1 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
    2 None spring onions, finely sliced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    4 None English muffins, toasted, halved
    1.5 oz watercress, washed, picked
    8 slices smoked salmon
    4 None hard-boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
    None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, dill, onions and lemon juice. Season. Spread over English muffins. Top with watercress, salmon and eggs. Serve with lemon wedges.
