Grilled Butterflied Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 None lemon, peel grated and lemon juiced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 None birdseye chilies, finely chopped
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    2 None chickens (about 3 lbs each), butterflied
    None None Lemon wedges and oregano sprigs, to serve
Preparation
    Mix oil, lemon peel and juice, garlic, chilies and oregano in a large shallow dish. Add chickens and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate, turning a few times to coat well.
    Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill chickens, covered, for 15 mins each side, brushing occasionally with marinade, until cooked through.
    Serve chicken with lemon wedges and oregano sprigs.
