Pistachio Cakes With Chocolate Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tsp Nutella spread
    1/2 cup pistachios, finely ground
    3/4 cup self-rising flour
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    3 None egg whites
    7 tbsp butter, melted
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Distribute Nutella between 4 recesses of an ice cube tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours, until firm.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease 4 - 7 oz individual ramekins and line bases with parchment paper.
    Combine flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Whip egg whites until foamy then mix into dry ingredients along with ground pistachios and butter until a paste forms. Distribute between prepared ramekins then push Nutella cubes into the centers. Bake for 30-35 mins, until just firm to the touch. Loosen edges with a knife and transfer to serving plates. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
