Pita Crisps With Butter Bean Dip - cooking recipe

6 None pita breads, cut into wedges
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 can (15 oz) lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp ground cumin
1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
Place pita pieces on baking pans. Bake for 8 mins, or until lightly browned.
Blend or process garlic, parsley, beans and cumin until combined. With motor running, add oil in a thin stream until mixture is smooth. Serve with pita crisps.
