Greek Salad With Lamb And Flatbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber, chopped
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup pitted black olives
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    1 tbsp olive oil
    9 oz ground lamb
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 None flatbread, toasted
    1/2 cup store-bought hummus
Preparation
    Mix cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, yogurt and mint in a large bowl. Season to taste.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook lamb for 6-8 mins, breaking up lumps, until well browned. Stir in oregano and season to taste.
    Cut toasted flatbread into wedges and spread with hummus. Serve in bowls with lamb and salad.
