Shrimp, Cucumber And Mint Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
1 None cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
1/4 cup mint
1.5 oz alfalfa sprouts
1 head butter lettuce, leaves torn
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Combine the shrimp, cucumber, mint, sprouts and lettuce in a shallow bowl.
Mix the buttermilk and lemon juice together in a small bowl and season to taste. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve.
