Lemon Meringue Raspberry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup lemon curd
    6 None mini tart shells
    6 None mini vanilla meringues, crushed
    1 cup raspberries
Preparation
    Whip cream to soft peaks. Fold through lemon curd. Distribute between tart shells. Top with crushed meringues and raspberries.
