Spicy Oat Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz silken firm tofu
    1 3/4 cups rolled oats
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp ras el hanout or garam masala
    1 None mini cucumber, diced
    3 1/2 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp finely chopped mint
    3/4 cup Greek-style plain yogurt
    2 tsp lemon juice
    4 None large iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed
Preparation
    Drain tofu on paper towel. Place oats in a food processor and process until a coarse meal forms.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium. Saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes, until soft. Add spice mix and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Combine onion mixture, tofu, and oats in a bowl. Season to taste. Shape 2 tablespoons of mixture into a small patty. Repeat with remaining mixture and set aside.
    Combine cucumber, tomatoes and mint in a bowl. Season to taste. Combine yogurt and lemon juice in another bowl. Season to taste.
    Heat remaining oil in a large skillet on medium. Cook patties for 4 minutes each side, until golden and crisp.
    Place patties in lettuce cups and top with cucumber salad. Serve drizzled with yogurt.
