Garlic And Herb Hasselback Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None small Yukon gold potatoes, washed
    1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. With a sharp knife, cut thin slices 3/4 of the way through potatoes. Transfer to a baking sheet and coat each potato with olive oil. Place garlic slices between potato slices, sprinkle with thyme leaves and season. Roast for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Coat with olive oil after 30 mins.
