Greek Salad With Olive Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup pitted black olives
    1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
    3 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 head Romaine lettuce, torn
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 lbs tomatoes, diced
    7 oz feta cheese, diced
Preparation
    Finely chop 1/2 of the olives. Whisk the vinegar, 2 tbsp of the thyme and garlic in a medium bowl. Whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the chopped olives.
    Toss the lettuce, onion, tomatoes, feta and remaining olives in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with remaining 1 tbsp thyme.
