Basic Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup pan juices or oil
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 cups water or stock
Preparation
    Heat pan juices or oil in a saucepan over a high heat. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until browned.
    Gradually blend in water or stock and season to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 mins.
